REFUND, RETURN, EXCHANGE & CANCELLATION POLICY

At Taanté, every piece is crafted with heart, patience, and intention—from the first thread to the final fold. We hope your purchase brings you a sense of connection and quiet joy when it reaches you. If, however, something does not feel quite right, we are here to support you.

We accept return requests for non-sale items that are unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with the original tags and packaging intact, provided you contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Eligible returns may, at Taanté’s discretion, be considered for an exchange or store credit.

As each Taanté creation involves hours of thoughtful, hand-intensive work, refunds are not offered, except in the following cases of fulfilment-related issues:

• An incorrect piece has been delivered to you, not matching your order confirmation.

• The piece you purchased has been delivered with a manufacturing defect.

• The piece is not of the right size (in which case, it is eligible for a size exchange only, in the same piece).

Please note the following exclusions to the return/ exchange eligibility:

·         International orders

·         Any piece which has been customised for size, colour, etc.

·         Sale items and items purchased during exhibitions or pop-ups

·         Natural irregularities in colour and texture due to the handwoven nature of the fabric and techniques, which lend a unique beauty to your purchases

·         Natural variations in colour due to possible differences in rendering across screens.

If your piece meets the above criteria, please email us at hello@taante.com, sharing the required details, such as order number, delivery address, and reason for the exchange request, along with images in the case of a defective or incorrect piece.

Our team will verify the request, after which we will email or contact you for necessary action. The piece must be received within ten days from the day of return confirmation, at the address below:

No refunds will be issued if the customer has provided an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, if there are three failed delivery attempts by our shipping partner, or if the package is refused by the recipient.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed and confirmed. In the event that an order is cancelled prior to dispatch due to product unavailability, the order amount will be refunded to the original mode of payment.
