Shipping Policy
At Taanté, every order begins its journey with care. We are committed to delivering your purchase in thoughtful, secure packaging, within the timelines shared with you. To ensure your pieces reach you safely, we partner exclusively with trusted and reputed courier service providers.
The shipping timeline after dispatch is 10-12 working days for domestic orders, and 18-20 working days for international orders. The timeline varies depending on the destination and logistics service provider. Please note that Sundays and Public Holidays are not set as working days for standard deliveries.
While we make every effort to dispatch and deliver orders within the stated timelines, Taanté follows a hand-intensive production process to create distinctive and thoughtfully crafted pieces. As a result, occasional delays due to human or artisanal processes may occur. Delivery timelines also exclude delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, strikes, epidemics, fire, war, or other force majeure events.
In the event of an unexpected delay, our team will proactively keep you informed and work diligently to ensure your order is dispatched at the earliest possible time.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing the tracking number and details of the shipping partner. Orders can be tracked using the provided tracking or consignment number on the courier partner’s official website.
SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping is free within India. For international orders, a standard shipping charge of INR 4,000 applies.
DUTIES & TAXES FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Duties and taxes applicable to international orders are not included in the order value or shipping charges paid at checkout. These charges are determined by the customs authorities of the destination country and may vary based on local regulations and the nature of the products imported. Applicable duties and taxes must be paid directly by the recipient to the shipping agency (such as DHL or FedEx) upon delivery, as per the invoice issued by the courier partner. Taanté shall not be responsible for delays or non-delivery of orders where applicable duties and taxes are not accepted or paid by the recipient, and refunds will not be issued in such cases.
